What is the least invasive way to remove powder coating ? I have a number of small parts that I want to get it off.. without damaging the underlying metal.. Help please !

godfrey, your best bet is to sand blast it to get the paint off. It is a bit easier to get the paint off if you can get the part hot (around 300F, but then it is hell to hold on to. Just make sure to tape over any surfaces that are sealing surfaces to make sure that you don't damage them.
