Jersey, as long as the engine has not been run, all that should be needed is pulling of the intake to vacuum out all the particles. But, if the engine has been run, then getting into the engine deeper will be required to start pulling any sugar that has caramelized out of the engine. A simple engine flush is not going to help. I am assuming this got poured into the intake. If the sugar got poured into the oil, then unfortunately, this is almost a garanteed tear down of the engine as the only way to get all the sugar out is to either flush tons of oil through the engine and hope you got it all or pulling all the pieces apart and cleaning them that way. This again assumes that the engine has not been run. If it has been, well, then the tear down is a requirement. I wish the news was better, but that is the short of the story. An oil detergent isn't going to be able to pull the sugar out and any sort of intake/fuel cleaner will not be strong enough to remove the caramel from any hot part of the engine.

Thank for the replying. It look like the sugar was pour in the oil. I drove it not knowing, engine started to knock. When i look inside the oil that when I saw the sugar on the oil cap and inside where you pour the oil at. I read where sugar wouldnt mess up a car if poured inside the gas tank. They said a flush would get the sugar out. I was hoping that sugar in the oil could be flush out the same way

I back up what Thermo has stated. I had a work truck that would not start come in to the shop a few years back that had the same thing done to it by a disgruntled ex employee. After a complete tear down and clean/re & re the engine never did run well again. The damage to the cylinders, and in particular the pistons was extensive. The sugar caused heavy pitting to the skirts and ring lands. The cylinders were heavily gouged as well. All of the main bearings were shot, and the crankshaft needed turning. Virtually every piece had to be washed as the goo was everywhere. I did a short block in the end. Most of the engine ended up on the shelf as spare parts. (The ones that weren't destroyed that is) I tossed the block as too far gone. Sorry to hear of your situation. Maybe you will fair better. Insurance? Police?
Good luck.
Good luck.
