Wanted: JLR home office customer service contact

I have an F-Type S stuck at Jaguar of Tacoma, undergoing some warranty-covered maintenance. It's been there 3 weeks, with no resolution in sight. Does anybody have a JLR contact who can help light a fire under Engineering's backsides? Apparently, the situation they're trying to fix (replacement climate control system can't be successfully programmed), is being addressed only by intermittent emails from JLR. They have no field techs in the US that my local representatives are aware of. Anyway, I just filled out the form on the jaguarusa website, for whatever that's worth. Tips welcome.
