I just received a set of 4 new center caps for my '04 XJ8 as one was broken and another one was missing one of the four retaining ears. I'm posting this only as a review of the type and quality of these center caps.

I purchased them online from the below linked merchant on eBay and have to say that despite the relatively low price compared to other listings they are of excellent quality at least equal to the ones supplied with the car. The "Growler" is a dead ringer for the factory cap and the plastic is as thick and pliable as the original. I wouldn't be surprised if they were from the same supplier.

I went with the green as both my wife and I see the Sea Foam paint as more green than blue. Perhaps due to the Florida sun after 9 years having faded the darker blue component. In any case that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
