Default Wheels

Hi can anyone tell me if a set of wheels off an xj8 will fit staight on an xj6 with No Problems Please.

Alan, what year vehicles are we looking at here? That may affect what will fit where.

Hi all ican find out is there off xj8 model 308 and mines an xj6 1996 ,seller says they will fit but i'd rather be sure ,thanks for your help ,Alan

Most likely not. I know for a fact most of the X308 wheels WILL NOT accommodate the frt hub snout of the 6 cylinder cars.
Yours has the pair of tapered roller hub bearings, the snout and cap that stick out when the wheel is off. All the later cars have the sealed press in single piece hub bearing with only the 3/8" raised locating circle in the center of the hub flange.
I think I might have heard of one style of wheel the came on the X308 that would clear the snout.....I think, I'm not positive. That would make the chance these wheels would work for you very slim.

Just for grins........I'll add they will fit the rear hubs just fine.
