Winter Storage Advice Needed

Winter Storage Advice Needed
Wanted to get some opinions: I bought an 08 XK convertible in June that had just been serviced. I put under 2K miles on her (37K). It will be stored in an unheated garage (cement floors)
1. Should I change the oil before storing? Change in the spring? Not bother changing it?
2. Tires: I was given the following options to consider by various persons:
a) Put 60psi in each tire
b) No extra psi but park on thick cut carpets
c) Put car on jack stands (this is really not an option I care to use)
Thanks in advance for advice - anything else need to be done?

Your oil is new enough not to need changing. If it was ready to be changed, do it in the fall just before storage.
Never store a car on jack stands. It's very hard on the suspension bushings.
Inflate the tires to the maximum pressure indicated on the sidewalls. The surface they're parked on doesn't matter.
Left off your list but very important is to attach a battery tender (not charger) to ensure the battery is kept at full potential while in storage. It will be dead and possibly damaged in the spring if not.
Do not start the engine while in storage unless you can take the car out for at least a good 20-30 minute run.
