Winter storage / Cover

Winter storage / Cover
We just moved and in that move i got a barn for a garage in stead of a real garage. Its surprisingly dry in there, but i have no isolation or heat in there and it can get really cold here over the winter.
So my plan was to polish them and then cover them up.....
I have a couple of original outside covers, but i'm not sure thats the best idea or maybe it is because of the low temperatures. Maybe its better just to take a cotton sheet or invest in some indoor covers.
Any experiences or suggestions ?

I've used soft cotton indoor covers for several years. No damage to the paint surface or problems with moisture as can happen with using outdoor covers.
This is the type I have:

This is just an example. Plenty of other manufacturers offer similar products.

I know it doesn't do much, but a barn or this barn, has a lot of naturel ventilation Its old :-) so there is little dust coming in when it is very windy outside, so maybe its why its surprisingly dry inside lots of ventilation :-)
I will look at Graham's link and find something indoor suitable.
