Unhappy Fobs not working even with new batteries

I have a 2019 Jag I-Pace, I was sick for 2 weeks and now neither of my fobs are working, even with brand new batteries. I unlocked the door manually and can turn the car on when I put the key perfectly in that square under the steering wheel, but none of the buttons on the fobs are working. Does anyone know any other fix besides new batteries? Thank you!

This has come up before in the European I-Pace Forum, odds are the antenna tied to the locking system is faulty and needs to be replaced. That's the only thing that seems to work consistently. Good luck (I know it is annoying).
