Default Mustang Mach e vs. Tesla Y - Could they Point to the future of the I-Pace

It is clear the car companies are all watching each other with regard to features and capabilities. While I doubt we'll get the Tesla's fart feature (yes it does exist) there are other aspects like the ever-larger central displays that are likely in future Jaguar electrics: I do envy the whimsical aspects of some of the new Tesla features though I still hate their fit and finish (which keeps me from buying one).

I saw a Mach-E yesterday at my local grocery store. Michigan plates. Does not have the striking styling like the I-Pace does.

Agreed but, for the price, it is pretty nice. My issue is that the Jaguar dealer is a 3-hour drive over mountains and the Ford dealer is a 2-mile drive. My biggest range problems have been driving to and from the damn dealer.

I got mine for a similar price as a new Mach-e, and I have local access to a Jag dealer. Sorry that you aren't so lucky.

I do agree that the Mach-e is a nice option, and I'm happy to see more EV options. But I am very happy with my Jaguar.

I love mine as well. I'm still on lease for another 18 months so we'll see what happens in a year and a half.
