TOPlx Username

Exactly the same problem. I inadvertently cleared my password cache on my browser, so I'm in the same boat. I know what email I used and I can reset my password, but I can't log in without the username. I was just going to start using it for the first time. It makes me wonder about the quality of the product behind it...
Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

I recently had an issue with renewal of another JLR subscription service, my InControl subscription and posted about it here:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/j...-there-277419/
After a few days, I realised JLR Customer Services were either no longer monitoring this forum or just not responding to posted questions.
For TOPIx, there is a dedicated "help" process:

Unfortunately, the basic requirement to use this is a TOPIx Username so you won't be able to get any assistance without it.
As you wrote that you are "going to start using it for the first time", I assume you didn't buy a subscription period when you registered? If not then there's nothing lost. Just register again ...... and record the chosen username this time.

Indeed, you are correct. I want to see if HP really can provide the repair processes and steps in a way I can follow and understand. I miss the days of Haynes and Chiltons manuals! And repair how-to's on forums... that's not a thing anymore. Not the way it used to be at least. Thank you for the reply.

Me too.
Printed manuals (both the Jaguar factory Workshop Manuals and aftermarket ones) were written by people who understood what they were writing about and were vehicle specific. The present online workshop manuals from Jaguar appear to be compiled by people who understand the process of creating electronic documents and are masters of the art of "copy & paste" but probably wouldn't recognise the vehicle if it ran over them.
