Default Unable to get a callback from Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC
Does anyone have a way to get better customer service response from Jaguar than contacting Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC. I called them many times, and I have a case number, but they refuse to call me back. It's been almost a month now that I am waiting on a callback on my case.

As an update. I received a call from Jaguar. They will be picking up my car shortly.
