Default New password dilemma - RESOLVED

how can I change my password when I don't know my old password and the reset email never arrives

As far as emails, they are functioning. If you didn't receive email notifications then it's possible your email provider is filtering or blocking our email. As we are not their customer, there is not a lot we can do when an email provider takes it upon themselves to filter or block emails to their customer without their customer's knowledge or approval.

I would check to make sure the emails are not in your Bulk/Junk/Spam folder. If using an email client, your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder may not be synced with the Spam/Junk/Bulk folder from the email provider's folders if not using the correct sync settings. In that case you may need to use the email provider's web-based email to view the contents of those folders.
