Hi,
I also have a low buzzing vibration at around 40 mph that I can feel through the gas pedal on my 2003 S-Type R. Also the brakes are very noisy and no the dealer can't find any problems. They say that my rotors are glazed.

might be a sticking caliper or maybe a brake-pad indicator telling you they're cooked, have them take a looksy at that and see what you get.
