I am not sure where you are going on this but I have built several webpages and “Adds” are what keeps all this forum/information FREE!

Yes but so what. There ads all pover the place on this forum. It's pretty well saturated. The ones I really hate are when your mouse pointer hits a key word and one of those GD instant popups appears that you have to terminate. This is the ONLY forum I see those on.

No these ads were attached to the thread like they were additional posts. So they looked different? But if they are suppose to be there-then OK!!

I have a pop-up blocker but it doesn't appear to be effective with these "roll-over" style ads.

Hey, we have to have someads. Gots to pay the rent ... ;>)

Here's what I see at the end just before the "Quick Reply" box. But it's formatted a bit differently

I have noticed some pop ups are coming from highlighted words (some certain words such as engine, oil, transmission )
Castrol Pop ups, Chevrolet pop ups can be all over the screen lol

Those happen to me with IE8 ,I don't know for other browsers but if you are discontent with those adds , you can use Maxtron II

Add-Block Plus for FF.

And for IE you can achieve pretty much the same thing.

Here is a How to works for me so far. Although in step 4, I did not clear the list I had already. I simply added to it.

BTW. I know nothing about the site in the How to' link, it is simply that they have a convenient pictorial tutorial, to save typing it all out.
