I went to the Post Office to get the cost to ship to you in British Columbia. I packaged the bolt in a lightweight plastic envelope with a bubble wrap liner and asked the clerk for the lowest cost to ship it to your address. It weighs 9.1 Oz and costs $20.75 for First Class International postage. It ships as a package, not an envelope. I also have to complete and attach a Customs Declaration form, which is no problem.
