The part you're looking for (Vehicle Measurement Module) is very hard to find. When I bought my original set up, it didn't include the VMM and I've never been able to find one P/N 418-000001- so please PM me if you are able to acquire from an individual. You might inquire here - I didn't check price:

Hello Roysrovers. Never found VMM. Ended up replacing Engine control module With a EFI Source Gold box with provisions via USB cable to my laptop. I now have access to adjust fuel, AFR and spark timing tables. Fuel mileage jumped from 16.6 MPG to 19.1 MPG around town. I heard about a Parts manager that tipped entire roll around unit with laptop and full VMM setup into a Green Garbage Box for the trash man to pick up. I gave up after hearing that one. All you can do with that Panasonic Jaguar system is watch it work. You still can't change anything. Good Luck with your endeavor.

The steering system used a two wire transducer and a relay as I recollect. Shouldn't need a scope for that one. Are both system's down at same time?
