Description:

2006 Xtype, needs tlc.  Northeast US car and  has some rocker issues below rear doors.  My plan was to to fix that and let my daughter have it for a first car but I have just found a smaller car for her.  

2006 awd. 3.0  needs a few things.  Right now because of weather I was working on smaller issues first.   Needs a battery (current battery is old, log story old battery will start it now).  Exhause broken (have part that broke off).  Needs tires badly.  Tires are wore out.  Was parked a year ago and was running.  I have since moved it and drove it about 20 miles brakes are a little shakey (were when parked), but they do work.  Fuel tank needs a strap  too.  Snag / gash in seat belt on drivers side.  

It does have a check engine like on, and a buddy said it's because of the exhaust being broken (not sure if that's correct yet)  but it does run and drive (I would worry about the tank strap issue right now if it was to be driven far.   It has a working aftermarket remote starter (separate remote for it).
