what was reason for engine replacement?
Does the new engine have the updated timing chain secondary tensioners?
In the pic of the engine bay - what are the red/black leads for between the fuse box and the shock tower?
Has the transmission been serviced?
Do you have the soft cover for the convertible top when it is down?
How are tires - specifically front since upper shock mounts are failing (passenger side shock bolt off center and both passenger/drivers side mounts show disintegrating foam along with visibly lower front ride height when viewed from the side)
looks to be in nice shape, might consider price reductions for failing upper shock mounts and drivers seat tears

Default More information

Sklimii-
Thanks for sending your questions! It is heartbreaking to sell my Jaguar. Jaguar Forums has been a great place to visit and share information. Please find more information below.

what was reason for engine replacement? *Plastic tensioners failed. Bent valves.
Does the new engine have the updated timing chain secondary tensioners? *Yes, the replacement engine has updated tensioners.
In the pic of the engine bay - what are the red/black leads for between the fuse box and the shock tower? *My 2018 Audi A5 Sportback had a chewed electrical wire (new wires are wrapped in a soy based plastic). Repair cost about $1,600 bucks. I added a low voltage ultrasonic rodent repeller system to all of my vehicles afterwards.
Has the transmission been serviced? *I don’t believe it has been serviced.
Do you have the soft cover for the convertible top when it is down? *Yes, I do have the boot cover and also a Jaguar car cover. The car comes with three keys. Two (2) keys with fobs and one valet key.
How are tires - specifically front since upper shock mounts are failing (passenger side shock bolt off center and both passenger/drivers side mounts show disintegrating foam along with visibly lower front ride height when viewed from the side). *Tires have light wear.
looks to be in nice shape, might consider price reductions for failing upper shock mounts and drivers seat tears. *Agreed. I have the Jaguar cross-listed at $7,777, however reduced it to just $7k for my pals.
