Jaguar F-Type 2018 - 2021
Description:

One set of brake pads (front and rear) taken off of a 2021 Jaguar F type R. This R model had 1005 miles on it when the brake pads were removed...these pads are virtually in "like new" condition. These are the standard brake pads on the 2021 F type R modal, not the optional ceramic pads. I was told these brake pads will fit the 2018-2021 R models, but if interested, I would suggest confirming that with a Jaguar dealer. These are pads only, no additional hardware. There is an additional charge for shipping of $20.00 anywhere in the continental USA.

Thanks

DAG....Interesting question...here's what I know. When I decided to change out the pads, I contacted a large Jaguar dealership Parts Department and asked for the front and rear brake pad part numbers of the 2021 F type R. They gave me P/N "T2R66607" for the rear brake pads and told me there were none available in the USA and that I should check back in a month or so. One of my previous "toys" was a 2018 F type R I bought new and shortly there after, had changed out the pads for a less dusty pad...but was also told at that time it wasn't near as strong or "race ready" as the standard R model brake pads were. I don't race my toys, I just love driving them in nice weather and barely put on 2500-3000 miles per year...and I'm a clean freak and hate brake dust on wheels.
When I bought the new brake pads for my 2021, they were exactly the same brake pad part number and pad, as I had installed on my 2018. For my world, they work just fine...for guys who track their F type R, they likely would be unhappy..
Here are pictures on one rear wheel brake pads on my 2021 R model, showing the opposite side of my original pictures. No resemblance to the part number like that Jag dealer gave me, and my 2021 was brand new, right off the boat with 9 miles on it....and that's why I started this response with..."that's an interesting question". Hope this helps you!

So far, I've had several "tire kickers", but no one's purchased these "as new" brakes. I'd like to get them out of my garage and sell them. Make a reasonable offer and I'll do my best to work a deal with you. UPS shipping this 11 LB. package is about $30 from my PA home to Los Angeles, CA, so between the two of us we have to cover the real cost of shipping unless you're a local buyer to my home. Thanks!

Note these pads will fit any F-Type with the "super performance" steel brakes (380 mm front and 376 mm rear) and not just the R, it's just that the R (and SVR) came standard with these brakes but the lesser models (V6S, base, 4 potter) came with different front and/or rear brakes as standard although on most the "super performance" brakes were a factory option (although hardly anyone ordered that option).

OzXFR...Thanks for your information on the brakes. Perhaps this will help someone with the concern over these brake pads fitting their car. With you living in Oz, your winter is probably better than half over and you'll be looking forward to warmer weather. This side of the equator in the US, it's been a super hot summer, very wet (extremely) in some areas and dry with monstrous forest fires burning out of control (California).
And now the hurricane season is really starting to fire up in the eastern portion of the states. Never a dull weather moment!
