You might want to look into the ones from an XJS. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the same ones.

I have looked into retro fitting other styles that are similar. The xjs jet covers are what comes the closest but availability for one of the sides is a problem.

If I were you, I’d try the uk forum. I think they were more popular over there.
