You may want to try... https://britishautowood.com/ ...over here in Orlando (if I recall, he's actually out in Longwood?). I bought an R shift knob from him off eBay, only to discover how close he was to me (about 20 minutes). He has a shop out back and who knows, he may know of or have a set. If he has one, it'll be pristine, he does great work. He can even add something personal to it if you have that interest. He offered to put a scrolled VDP in mine when I was inquiring about refinishing them. Hope this helps.
