I think I still have it.
The back is the standard configuration which is a square with a flange that fits inside the point of where the fastener attaches.
If you really need a pic of the back let me know and I can take a pic.

If you're having trouble keeping these from breaking, fill them with epoxy before installing. I went from replacing them every two years or so, to never.
