I sadly have to sell my beloved XJ8 L since I'm moving to New York soon. We had a good run but it's time to pass the fun on to someone else

The engine runs and there aren’t any leaks. The alternator, battery and oil pump have recently been replaced. There’s also no major body damage/rust.

Parts that are only about 2 years old:

• tires
• harmonic dampener
• belt
• thermostat housing (upgraded to metal)
• break liquid
• radiator and hoses
• spark plugs
• transmission serviced

• there’s an ABS warning light (might be broken solder joints in the ABS unit; I didn't dare to remove it)
• brakes work fine but you might want to look into getting the brake pads replaced at some point
• the electronics for the passenger seat don’t work so it can’t be moved and the airbag light is on
• There’s two chips and a small crack in the windscreen
• the back mirror has a crack and doesn’t auto-dim anymore
• the steering wheel doesn’t adjust in/outward by motor anymore, probably a broken gear that I haven’t gotten to
• some leather damage in the interior
• minor damage to the paint
• AC doesn’t get too cold anymore
• the backlight for the status display doesn’t work (you can still read it with a little bit more trouble; should be able to replace the lamp)
• key fob programming/button to open trunk doesn’t work - probably an issue with the security module (but trunk can be opened with the key)
