We are downsizing which necessitates selling my 2002 Jaguar S-Type. The car is in very good condition overall and has been well-maintained. It’s equipped with a 4.0 Liter V8 and CATS computer-controlled suspension. There are a few minor dings and scratches but the car shows well overall. The car just passed Pennsylvania inspection and had new tires fitted. Repairs during my ownership include:

• Repair to the CATS system
• Transmission serviced with a new solenoid pack installed
• Steering rack and suspension bushings have been replaced
• The front lower control arm has been replaced
• An A/C leak has been repaired and the system re-charged
• The headlights have been upgraded to LED’s.

The car was just inspected and was fitted with new tires. The only ongoing problems I am aware of are an inoperative sunroof (probably a module) and the need for a new headliner.
