    Hi Ray,

Great to hear from you! The sagging headliner is a very common problem on Jaguars, even the headliner in our '04 X350 is sagging. I replaced the sagging fabric in our '93 XJ40 with new foam-backed fabric purchased at Joann Fabrics, a chain of fabric stores that may also exist in Canada. See the photos at the link below. Many owners opt to have an automotive upholstery shop do the work, but the job isn't really too difficult if you have basic skills. A few owners have tried to pin the sagging fabric up to the headliner board, or to use wooden dowels wedged from side to side to hold up the fabric, but I haven't seen photos of any of those "solutions" that I thought was befitting of a Jaguar. If you want to purse this further, please start a thread in the forum and so other members will benefit from the public discussion.
