Jonathan...updated. I just received the phone holder today and was super excited, as the workmanship was even better than I had thought...nice work.
Big problem though, the first time I attempted to place the holder on the grab bar the 3D printed piece cracked all the way through (see pics in link). It looks like a completely clean crack right along the 'grain' that is seen on the piece (the same direction as the 3D printing?). It must have been a completely weak place on the piece, so very strange.
The only thing holding it together at this point is the soft fabric you have placed on the inside (which was a great touch to protect the leather). It is now quite unstable in holding the phone, so I'm afraid it is not usable.
Can you print me a replacement? I guess i could try gluing it, but that seems to defeat the purpose on a new piece.
