    Hi Turko, Looking at the responses to your post, everyone has a different view of your situation. And mine also.
    Like you, I have a business background, so I look at your problem through a that perspective.
    From your side, I see you purchased a New Luxury vehicle and paid a premium to buy it. (many of your negative critics are likely secondhand purchasers, therefore may have less expectation due to paying substantially less outlay.) The way Luxury brands maintain a dedicated customer base, is to show care and consideration. In your case they have not only shot themselves in the foot, but damaged the brand. Henry Ford, while a bonefide pain to do business with, understood that damage to the brand was simply not to be tolerated and as such used a heavy hand on Dealers with lots of interaction, communication and setting up extensive training. So I think your dealer is on a one way track out of business.
