Beautiful Job.
I have the shell from a Daimler 250, which I've had repaired, wet blasted and epoxy coated.
but they never did import them here, so no chance of getting the proper engine.
I am still undecided whether to do the chrome work as a Daimler or Jag.
also still undescided if I'm going to use the 3.8 jag engine and trans I have or not.

See tjt77's posts here which I don't agree with. The engines are Cadillac & Chrysler influenced. The only thing that is Triumph Speed Twin influenced are the combustion chambers.

He would appear to have some original rebuilt engines should you wish to purchase. Also remember the Daimler has a split propshaft & you will have to consider axle ratios if you go with an XK engine IIRC. The XK 3.8 is of course a good solid engine with it's Brivadium sleeves.

On modern lubricants these are sweet robust little engines. If interested send him a PM.

ill send him a private message and see if we can work something out.
