Lower wishbone front suspension 3.8s

Having a hard time getting the lower front wishbone off the lower ball joint spindle carrier. Any tricks of the trade?

Are you using a balljoint splitter tool ? The taper is quite a wide one, and usually needs a splitter tool to release it.
