Default MKII fixing windshield washer nozzle

Hello there,

on my '68 MKII 240 one of the two windshield washer nozzles got loose. Now I am looking for a way to tighten it again - do I need to remove the dashboard to reach it or is there an other trick?

Thank you for any advice
Hans

I think you can get to them by just taking off the top of the dash, which is held on by two studs and nuts. Don't forget to disconnect the dashlight connection as well.

I think one has to dig a little deeper then that.
If the instrument panel is folded down, you may be able to sneak your hand in there to tighten them up.
I believe they're just a type of wing nut.

Wing nut. You can reach from the centre panel.
