Suggestions on best way to install chrome trim

By the way Glyn, your interior door panel and pocket and wood cap look amazing! My MK II is a 'survivor" that I purchased from the original owner in 2012. He ordered it from Hornburg Jaguar in Los Angeles in 1963. 3.8 manual with overdrive and wire wheels, Metallic Gray exterior with red interior. He drove and maintained the car all of his life until he was unable to drive any more. The only change he made to the car was to have a low cost re-spray changing the color to a light olive green in 1981. They only removed the bumpers and then just taped every thing off, not even removing the small '3.8' emblem on the boot lid! So while I will leave most of the rest of the car alone, it really deserves a proper paint job.
P.S. Hornburg Jaguar is still in business in the original location!
