I own a wonderful old XJ6L what has sat in indoor storage for 10 years, while that sound good the motor is seized...I have a chance to pick up a 4.2 motor from a 420G...pretty much the same as what is in my car now, does anybody know if this will bolt up? The donor car is 1967...my 78 also has a 4.2...Borg Warner automatic trans.
Any insight would be appreciated!

Hey there kitty n welcome to the forum mate.
I'd suggest that maybe Jose or Ken@britishparts would be your best advisors on this one. If no one answers, why not politely pm them and ask them if they may be able to offer some assistance?
Good luck
Jim
