Default 1999 XJ8 code P0358 wont start

Hi all,

My beautiful Xj8 Sport wont start.
Battery is charged and has the right voltage when testing with a voltmeter.
Have tested the starter, flywheel is spinning freely.
Would a failed coil cause the ECU to cut voltage to all coils ???

Your help is appreciated (in advance).

Cheers
Tony

Welcome Tony.

I suggest a quickie repost in the XJ8 (X308) section, where way more members will see it and answer accordingly.
