Greetings from Montgomery, ALabama!
Just purchased Brittish Racing Green 1999 XK8. At first I was unsure what I was getting in to but replaced #4 coil, Temp Sensor, and all the spark plugs. Now the XK8 is running just fine. No messages, quick to accelerate at any speed and just looks great. Now to save up to get that AC going in time for summer.

I work at Gunter Annex for the AF - just a couple of years from retirement. Then I will have time to actually do other things beside read Jaguar Forum while keeping the XK8 running in top condition.

Thanks to the members of the Jaguar Forum for the advice, tips and cautions.

I did post a not in the South Central thread with a response from ***** Perdue! Now to get together after the new year.

Congratulations on the XK8.

Follow Norri's link to the tech section for help, advice and information.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Some features (like garage and Private Messages) are restricted until you have 3 Days membership AND a minimum of 10 Posts.
