Can anyone tell me how to replace the windshield washer resevoir on my 2000 XJ8, I believe the pump has failed as I cannot here it run when I push the button to wash the windshield. Resevoir is full, lines appear to be clear. Any Suggestions ?

I posted my question in X308 (i think) and I haven't heard a word of advice from anyone. OK, what am I doing wrong here?? I just know with all the talent out there someone has had to deal with this issue. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
