Default 2001 vanden plus code p1637

I have this code p1637 after replacing ABS module LNF2210AD. I ALSO GET on message display "incorrect part installed" even with the module disconnected. Does this mean that the module has no power or I have a dead module. I need help!!! (2001 jag Vanden Plus).

My problem was that the memory had to be refreshed with an IDS device. I found a shop that did it for buck 25. The C1637 is gone and the incorrect part installed. Now I have a Throttle Position Sensor problem. Anyone knows where I can find a replacement?
