Welcome to the forum.
Lean on both banks is often caused by a vacuum leak somewhere between the MAF's and the throttle body, lots & lots & lots of posts here on the forum talking about this issue. P0171 & P0174.
Do a general search as the engine in your car is the same as the S-Type R, X350, and the early XF's. Rubber vacuum hoses do perish over time, or maybe even one has been disconnected somehow.
EDIT
Also check the plastic intake tubes for splits at the welded seams.
