Default 2008 XF Steering wandering occasionally

I purchased my XF just over 2 months ago and noticed on a couple of occasions the steering seemed to wander on uneven roads. My father-in-law also noticed this one time when he borrowed it. Don't think it's the tracking as it does not wander on flat roads when you let go of the wheel momentarily. I have taken it back to the dealer to check under the 3 month warranty and their mechanic has said he has checked the tracking/bushings etc but cannot find anything wrong. I mentioned that the nearside front tyre is worn on the inside which is not apparent on the offside. The dealer has fitted a new tyre under warranty and their mechanic said on the phone to bring it back if there are still problems, however the warranty runs out in couple of weeks. I am due to collect it tomorrow. Does anyone have any suggestions?
