Hello, Bob,
"Test" is a 4-letter word in my world, and I get suspicious any time someone wants to perform more than about 2. It makes me think they don't really know what they're doing and are looking for Revenue Generation. But that's just me.
No doubt members in our Xj8 section will be able to help you discover what's wrong and how to fix it.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forums Bob,
No need to give a full address as Location, Town and Country is sufficient so you should change this to Jarrow, UK.
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-x350-x358-28/ to the X350 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
