Default Another bloke from London

Had my MX-5 (miata) for 12 years and after lusting after, and saving for, a V8 Vantage for the past couple of years suddenly realised that an XKR is better, cheaper and more reliable - I then impulsively spent a horrendous (for me!) amount of money buying a low mileage 2007 4.2L XKR convertible last November (just in time for the British Winter!).

Look forward to reading your tips, tricks and fixes.

Mike

Welcome to the forum Mike,

A wise choice. AM's can absorb truly terrifying amounts of money!

Follow Steve's link to the XK/XKR tech section for help, advice and information.

Enjoy the XKR and the forum.

Welcome also.

Niiiiice choice of ride.

Agreed AM will empty the wallet quicker than a harem. We had them at the Jag dealership I worked at, nice to look at, nice all round, but very demanding on the $$.

Spring is just around the corner.
