Just acquired my first Jaguar, a beautiful topaz 1999 XK8! My wife says it's the 'other woman'. I said it was just like her, all the right curves in all the right places and lots of maintenance required! I don't think the humor was appreciated...
Already experiencing the hydraulic top latch problem with green fluid filling my map lights. Fortunately the selling dealer up in Mesa is going to fix it next week.
I am wondering just why my speedometer decided to read 35 mph high and then after a rest, read only 25 mph high and after an overnight, read 10 mph high (all at dead stop).

Welcome. I was in Tucson on business this summer, and I'm thinking that'd be a nice car for an evening drive up Mount Lemmon.

 

Yep - that drive is high on my list. Also thinking about a road trip to Vegas baby! I just love the way the valets look when you drive up in the XK8.
