I recently purchased my 1st Jag an 05 xj8l with 72k miles, it looks amazing......I've only had my car for almost a month nd already its in the dr.'s office.s shock nd struts need replacing, control arm bushings needs to be replaced as well oh and I replaced or had a coolant leak which the engine had to be removed to fix[ expensive] now this.. there was no sagging or anything just a bunch of rattling and bumping underneath as I drove and hit even the smallest bumps it also squeaks ... The steering wheel squeaks on turns too...I was proud to get my Jag but now I'm embarrassed to drive it from the noises... I took it to a local Jag dr and of course they said it would cost me around 7k to fix everything..... I was thinking about converting to strutmasters air ride conversion kit...can anyone tell me something other than I got screwed, because this all the misses says lol

Hello, Jamil,
I'm sorry your 'new' Jag is giving you such fits. But any time you buy a used car, there's a reason the last person got rid of it, and maybe Several reasons as you are learning. They let little things stack up until they become BIG things.
If you know one end of a wrench from the other (or even if you don't yet) members in the Xj8 section where Graham has directed you, will be able to help you sort it all out without requiring you to sell your first born to pay for it.
And then, you can offer your wife a ride in your *Proper Jaguar*. Maybe that will get her off your back.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
