That's an impressive mileage. I traded both my XK's before they reach 100K but had no serious issues with either.
I can see you've already posted in the XK8/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Rear 1/4 window - Actuator
This is the driver-side actuator - there is a kit to fix yourself when the cable breaks - but 4 hours getting in and out of it.
