Hey everyone!
I check this forum site every now and then, when looking for specific information or simply to kill time at the office.
I drive a black 2005 X-Type Sport 3.0, an automatic but wish it were a manual! I love the car, except for when I have to bring it in to the shop, then I wish it were a Honda.
I'm not too mechanically inclined and I always second guess whenever I fiddle under the hood however I know how to do the basic oil change. I used to do my own in previous cars ('98 Audi A4 -a breeze!, 2006 Ford Focus, 2002 Mazda Protege & 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee) but I've yet to touch the Jag. It's due for a change and I'm thinking of giving it a shot this afternoon.
I've read through the threads but can't seem to find a pictorial. Does anyone know if one exists? If not... I may be inclined to post one -that is after I figure it out.
Thanks!

You'll get some help on that oil change, lots of DIYers over there. We're always looking for picture procedures, so if there isn't one out there, you'd be a pioneer under 10 posts.
good luck, and don't forget to check over your shoulder at work...don't get busted, they'll block jaguarforums.com, and you'll be forced to be productive the ENTIRE time.
