What's up everyone. Just got an 02 S-Type 4.0. Never though I would own a Jag in a million years. I also have a Hyundai Accent GT that I have been riceing out. I push a 100 shot on that and have done some low grade mods to it. I was looking for a cold air intake just to open her up a bit and imagine my suprise when I stumbled across this site. Actual Jag performance and raceing. I can barely restrain myself. Anyway, this is me and i'm glad to be here. Any hints or tips or clues with the workings of this car i am totally open to suggestions.

 

First Suggestion, WELCOME! Second, don't rice out the Jag! Stickers add 5 hp, but on the Jag they hold it back! There are several things you can do to the Jag, but if you're like me, you probably can't afford half of it! Headers aren't out of reach at about $500! Intake looks ricey under the hood, but if you like it, not a bad idea! The chip from arden will run you near $1500 for 35 HP! However, there is no better upgrade than the Borla exhaust, especially on the V8! Get good spark plugs, and make sure you get the tranny fluid changed as I'm 95% sure that whoever owned the car before you didn't change it, because the dealer says that you never need to changed it! BULL$#!t The tranny on our cars are very fragile, so be nice to the pedal! Enjoy, and indulge yourself in crazyness thinking about going faster!
