Default Car obsessed in MA

I've been on this forum for a bit over a year but haven't visited much. I have an '04 Jag XJ8 with about 105k. I bought it 4 years ago with around 80k.
aside from the 1st year I have driven it sparingly. My other cars take up my time as well. When I 1st got my Jag I had a '02 mustang GT convertible but 2 years ago I sold it for an '11 GT convertible with the new 5.0 and I'm also building a VW dune buggy at the moment. that will be a full resto build with a new floor complete engine rebuild and a rebuilt 4 spd tranny and should be a lot of fun.
My jaguar is suppose to be my grown-up car but the slight issues I've encountered "common air suspension and blower control module" seems to side line it. I've always like jags and tested quite a few from mid 80's XJS's to XKR's
I hope to keep my Jag around at this time I will be rebuilding my BCM as I have good knowledge of electronics from high school, and working on what I can with the air suspension. although I'd like to do a coilover swap.

Welcome to the forum scarter302,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

The regularly driven Jaguars always seem to have less issues than the lightly used.

I can see you've found your way to the X350 tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the USA North East Region forum by following this link
