Caramel Leather Seats

Caramel Leather Seats
I just took possession of a 2016 F-Type Roadster, BRG/Caramel.
I'm concerned about the caramel leather discoloring.
Should I apply the Jaguar Leather Cleaner now to protect the seats (and the armrests against fingerprints)? Or is to intended only to clean the leather?
Is there a better leather protector? Or should I ignore the protecting part and just clean the leather every few mos?

Welcome to the forum Bruster,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the F-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
Few F-Type owners will have experienced leather wear as yet so you may find useful relevant informtion on care in the Interior - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum forum
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the USA Mid Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-mid-atlantic-md-va-dc-de-wv-65/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
