Default Climate control problems

My Jag XF climate control is always blowing hot air with no temperature control but have no refrigerant leaks. It only started when the air vents went do lally ( they open & close as and when they feel like it ) so was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Someone will be along shortly to direct you to the correct section where you can get help for that.
