Hi Everyone just bought my first Jaguar S type 2002 second hand. Runs great works fine. But after a battery change the engine management light came on. I got it checked found it was the electrics resetting. Reset the ECL. And came back on. Bank 1 sensor 2 so ordered a new one but arrived yet. Continued to drive it journeys longer and longer. Today light is off has it reset it’s self after getting more stable emissions to the sensor. Anyone had same thing happen. Still thinking of getting the sensor replaced but have heard this causes other sensors to need changing.
