first time jaguar buyer
Hello All,
I joined the forum for advice on buying my dream car a 2006 Silver Jaguar XJ and plan on buying the car in 2014 December to 2015 February.
I'm not sure what to look for and I am concerned with getting ripped off or buying a lemon that is too costly to repair as I have been burned before.
I also want to make sure that I am not overpaying since this is my first time buying a jaguar.
My plan was to fly out to where the car would be for sale, and drive the car back to Chicago.
What advice can you give me in buying my first jaguar so that my dreams come true?

I have been learning quite a bit about the do's and dont's of buying a used car and I'm looking forward to applying this advice while building a relationship with our jaguar owners.
Anyone have any additional advice in finding a 2006 Silver Jaguar XL that will do the marathon when I'm ready to buy in December?
